Zabbix is one of the most powerful global monitoring tools for critical infrastructure and is used by many of the world's largest companies to maintain uptime and visibility across numerous systems. The team at Avantgarde Technologies has multiple Zabbix Certified Specialists (ZCS), trained directly at Zabbix HQ in Latvia and has been building on our extensive experience with the platform since 2017.

The Avantgarde team has successfully deployed and supported Zabbix for a wide range of clients across Australia, including the Government, Mining, Non-profit, and Enterprise sectors. We are also one of the few certified providers of Zabbix in Australia that are on government panels, such as the State Government Department of Finance's Common Use Agreement (CUAICTS2021) and the Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA), and can provide consultancy and resell Zabbix services and products under these panels.

Avantgarde provides Zabbix and monitoring services through numerous methods:

• We provide Enterprise Protective Monitoring (EPM) and remotely monitor our customers' Datacentre Infrastructure, CCTV networks, Cloud Services, and more, and provide customers with Service Level Agreements for response times to remediate service faults.
• We deploy and maintain Zabbix Enterprise deployments as a Certified Partner and resell Zabbix products and services.
